Drug & Alcohol Tests

Drug Testing is an integral but an unfortunate part of our lives. Whether an employer is trying to maintain a drug free work place or a parent is trying to keep their child drug free in this complex world, drug testing is very prevalent today. Our toxicology screening consists of collecting a random urine or hair specimen. Precautions are used to ensure specimen, testing accuracy and that the urine sample actually belongs to the customer.

And now, a word about false-positives and false-negatives: For example, an amphetamine test may produce a false-positive result if you're taking medications that have phenylpropanolamine or pseudoephedrine. Also, a false-positive opiate test may result from eating poppy seeds (confirmation testing usually resolves these type issues).

As well as the tests listed below we also test for Designer Stimulants, GHB, Fentanyl, LSD, Mescaline, Psilocybin, Amphetamine variants, Hashish, Tetrahydrocannabinol, Heroin, Methaqualone, Methylphenidate, Nicotine, and Anabolic Steroids.

Drug Test - Urine - 5 Substances

Our Price: $40.00

Tests included in our panel:

  •    THC (marijuana, pot, hash)

  •    Cocaine (coke, crack)

  •    Opiates (heroin, morphine, opium)

  •    Amphetamines (speed, uppers)

  •    PCP

Federal government guidelines (by SAMHSA-the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) require that companies which use commercial class drivers licenses for employees must have a testing system in place. Among other things, this required testing program must test for 5 specific categories of drugs (referred to as the "SAMHSA 5") Because of this federal requirement, most companies use a basic drug test that checks for drugs in these 5 common categories.

Drug Test - Urine - 10 Substances

Our Price: $70.00

  • Tests included in our panel:

  • THC (marijuana)

  • Cocaine

  • Opiates (Codeine, heroin, morphine)

  • Amphetamines

  • Methamphetamines (meth)

  • PCP-Phencyclidine (angel dust)

  • Barbiturates (Phenobarbital)

  • Benzodiazepines (Librium, Valium)

  • Propoxyphene (Darvon, Darvocet)

  • Methadone

Although these are known drugs of abuse, some can also be legally used to treat legitimate medical conditions. Many people feel the 10 panel drug is superior to other tests like the SAMHSA-5 because it screens for more drugs and may catch illegal use of many prescription drugs that are readily available. The problem for employers is that some of these drugs are not illegal and testing for nonillegal drugs has been viewed by some employees as an invasion of privacy and/or a violation the American with Disabilities Act.

  • There are a number of places that will use a 10 panel drug test; in particular, Law Enforcement Agencies.

Drug Test - Hair - 5 Panel

Our Price: $115.00

  • A hair drug test is an examination that uses a small sample of hair to identify specific drugs used by the person being tested. A standard hair drug test covers a period of approximately 90 days. The hair sample is cut as close to the scalp as possible and the most recent 1.5 inches are tested. We’ll take about 50-70 strands of hair for the test (a little less than the diameter of a pencil). Our hair drug test will look for Cocaine, Marijuana, Opiates, Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine (PCP).

Drug Test - Hair - Extended 8 Panel

Our Price: $145.00

  • This is an 8 panel Hair Drug Test.  It includes the basic 5 panel (Amphetimines, Cocaine, Opiates, Phencyclidine and Marijuana) and adds the additional Opiates Oxycodone (Oxycontin, Percodan/Percocet)  Hydrocodone (Vidodin, Lortab/Lorcet) and Hydromophone (Dilaudid).

Drug Test Synthetic Marijuana

Our Price: $90.00

  • This is a urine test that identifies so called "fake pot". Synthetic Marijuana users may experience far more intense effects compared to smoking cannabis like intense anxiety, agitation, short-term memory loss, extreme sedation, life-threatening hallucinations and seizures.

Steroid Panel

Our Price: $135.00

  • Performance enhancing drug test panels are available to detect a wide range of steroids, diuretics and stimulants. Our test panel is updated periodically to include new prohormones, designer steroids, diuretics and stimulants. Our steroid test panel is comparable to WADA (World Anti-Doping Agency) tests. This is a urine test and results are available in 5-7 days.

Suboxone - Buprenorphine - Urine Drug Test

Our Price: $45.00

  • This test is designed to monitor use of the prescribed medication Suboxone or detect its illicit use. Suboxone contains a combination of buprenorphine and naloxone. Buprenorphine is an opioid medication and is similar to other opiods such as morphine, codeine, and heroin. Suboxone is usually not detectable in a standard 5 or 10 panel drug screen. Many recreational users also report withdrawal symptoms. Due to the high potency of tablet forms of buprenorphine, only a small amount of the drug need be ingested to achieve the desired effects.

Alcohol Hair Test

Our Price: $180.00

  • With as much as an inch and a half of hair cut from the scalp of a person, a hair alcohol testing laboratory can find out what a person’s approximated consumption of alcohol has been up to a 30 day history and if the hair sample is longer, as much as a year of alcohol consumption can be tested. A series of assessments called FAEE, fatty acid ethyl esters and EtG alcohol testing are done to measure the amount of FAEE and EtG markers that are revealed in the tests. The more alcohol a person has consumed, the more markers will be present on a test. Hair testing for alcohol markers is now recognized in US judicial systems.

Alcohol Test EtG Urine

Our Price: $90.00

  • Ethyl glucuronide (EtG) is a direct metabolite of ethanol alcohol. The presence of EtG in the urine can be used to detect recent alcohol consumption, even after the ethanol alcohol is no longer measurable. The presence of EtG in the urine demonstrates that ethanol alcohol was ingested within the past three or four days, or roughly 80 hours after the ethanol alcohol has been metabolized by the body. As a result, it can be determined that a urine alcohol test employing EtG is a more accurate indicator of the recent consumption of alcohol as opposed to simply measuring for the existence of ethanol alcohol.
