Alcohol Test EtG Urine
Our Price: $90.00
Ethyl glucuronide (EtG) is a direct metabolite of ethanol alcohol. The presence of EtG in the urine can be used to detect recent alcohol consumption, even after the ethanol alcohol is no longer measurable. The presence of EtG in the urine demonstrates that ethanol alcohol was ingested within the past three or four days, or roughly 80 hours after the ethanol alcohol has been metabolized by the body. As a result, it can be determined that a urine alcohol test employing EtG is a more accurate indicator of the recent consumption of alcohol as opposed to simply measuring for the existence of ethanol alcohol.
Alcohol Hair Test
Our Price: $180.00
With as much as an inch and a half of hair cut from the scalp of a person, a hair alcohol testing laboratory can find out what a person’s approximated consumption of alcohol has been up to a 30 day history and if the hair sample is longer, as much as a year of alcohol consumption can be tested. A series of assessments called FAEE, fatty acid ethyl esters and EtG alcohol testing are done to measure the amount of FAEE and EtG markers that are revealed in the tests. The more alcohol a person has consumed, the more markers will be present on a test. Hair testing for alcohol markers is now recognised is US judicial systems.

A complete blood count (CBC) is a blood test used to evaluate your overall health and detect a wide range of disorders, including anemia, infection, and leukemia.
A complete blood count test measures several components and features of your blood, including:
-
Red blood cells, which carry oxygen
-
White blood cells, which fight infection
-
Hemoglobin, the oxygen-carrying protein in red blood cells
-
Hematocrit, the proportion of red blood cells to the fluid component, or plasma, in your blood
-
Platelets, which help with blood clotting
Abnormal increases or decreases in cell counts as revealed in a complete blood count may indicate that you have an underlying medical condition that calls for further evaluation.

Federal government guidelines (by SAMHSA-the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration) require that companies which use commercial class drivers licenses for employees must have a testing system in place. Among other things, this required testing program must test for 5 specific categories of drugs (referred to as the "SAMHSA 5"). Because of this Federal requirement, most companies use a basic drug test that checks for drugs in these 5 common categories.

Although these are known drugs of abuse, some can also be legally used to treat legitimate medical conditions. Many people feel the 10 panel drug is superior to other tests like the SAMHSA-5 because it screens for more drugs and may catch illegal use of many prescription drugs that are readily available. The problem for employers is that some of these drugs are not illegal and testing for non-illegal drugs has been viewed by some employees as an invasion of privacy and/or a violation the American with Disabilities Act.
-
There are a number of places that will use a 10 panel drug test; in particular, Law Enforcement Agencies.

NMR LipoProfile
Our Price: $110.00
Nuclear magnetic resonance utilizes imaging that produces a representation of the lipoproteins found in a simple blood sample. An easy way to understand the concept of NMR technology is to compare it to the ringing of bells. When a group of bells is struck, the frequency of the sound separates the ring of one bell from another while the loudness of the sound reflects the number of bells struck. By recording the "ringing" of all of the lipoproteins in a blood sample, it is possible to identify the number and type of lipoprotein particles present.
Paternity Test - DNA - Legal
Our Price: $290.00
This DNA paternity test determines the biological father of a child. We all inherit our DNA from our biological parents, half from our mother, and half from our father. A DNA paternity test compares a child's DNA pattern with that of the potential father to determine if there is a match. A simple swab is rubbed on the child's and potential father's gums and sent to our lab for testing. It is the most definitive proof of a biological relationship between child and father. This DNA Paternity test is valid in court. To be valid in court we must follow strict chain-of-custody requirements including photographing the child, mother, and potential father.
Paternity Test - DNA - NON Legal

Tuberculosis - TB Test - Mantoux - PPD
Our Price: $30.00
The Mantoux test (also known as the Mantoux screening test, Tuberculin Sensitivity Test, Pirquet test, or PPD test for Purified Protein Derivative) is a diagnostic tool for tuberculosis. A standard dose of 5 Tuberculin units is injected intradermally (between the layers of dermis) and read 48 to 72 hours later. A person who has been exposed to the bacteria is expected to mount an immune response in the skin containing the bacterial proteins. The reaction is read by measuring the diameter of induration (palpable raised hardened area) across the forearm (perpendicular to the long axis) in millimeters. If there is no induration, the result should be recorded as "0 mm". Erythema (redness) should not be measured. If a person has had a history of a positive tuberculin skin test, or had a recent tuberculin skin test (within one year), another skin test should be used. The practitioner will perform a reading and provide appropriate follow-up recommendations.
This test must be performed at our clinic or at your site. An alternative to this skin test is the QuantiFERON TB Gold blood test.

Vitamin D, 25-Hydroxy
Our Price: $45.00
Vitamin D is a group of fat soluble prohormones that play a vital role in maintenance of bone health. It also plays a role in proper functioning of the immune system, cancer prevention and cardiovascular disease prevention. Several forms of vitamin D exist, with the major forms being vitamin D2 and vitamin D3. Vitamin D2 is not produced by the body, but is found only in the diet from fish or plants or by supplementation. Vitamin D3 is formed in the skin upon exposure to sunlight and is also found in the diet consisting of animal products. Vitamin D levels are determined based on the serum concentration of the major circulating form of vitamin D, 25-hydroxy-vitamin D. Deficiencies in vitamin D can lead to an increased risk of bone loss or bone fractures. Recent studies have shown that vitamin D deficiency may play a role in many other diseases as well.
